  • What is The Club Rewards Program?
    The Club Rewards is Zignature's exclusive rewards program that'll give you ALL the PAW-some vibes. Earn Points to redeem for _____ on your next order!
  • Who can be a part of The Club Rewards?
    All customers can join The Club Rewards. This includes one time customers and our loyal customers!
  • How do I join? Does it cost anything?
    It's free to join! If you have a current customer account with Zignature, you would automatically have been granted access to The Club Rewards. If you do not have a current customer account with Zignature, you can create an account and sign up to the program by clicking 'JOIN NOW'.
  • How do I earn Points?
    When you join The Club, you'll earn 1 Points for every RM1 you spend! Even better? There are also various other ways to earn points by taking actions such as referring a friend, leave a review and more! - You must be signed into your account in order to earn Points on your Purchase. - Points are calculated based on the subtotal of your purchase after any discounts have been applied. - You don't earn any Points for Ringgit spent on applicable taxes, shipping or handling. - When products are refunded to the original payment method, Points will be deducted from your account for the mount of the refund.
  • How do I refer a friend?
